About this Project
Ditton Brook South – We removed the existing pond and created a new stream channel.
Works included a temporary live stream diversion, disposal of existing silt and forming new channel in place of the old pond.
Ditton Brook North – We diverted the stream to the new channel within the gauging station.
Works included installing a flood defence system on the perimeter of the area, then diverting the stream into new channel.
In both sections we had to work in accordance with environmental requirements, to protect all wildlife living in stream area.
